Taller Topotesia has over five years of experience working in major cities such as Madrid, Cáceres and Alicante. For the studio, every dream and fantasy has a place, no matter how impossible they may seem.

Mario Martín Medina is the head of the architecture studio MARCHITECTURA, specialised in the design and execution of new build, renovation and interior design projects. Based in Madrid, the architecture studio makes it their goal to create spaces in which architecture and interior design go hand in hand, personalising each project according to their client’s interests.

The studio E2E Arquitectos emerged from its architects’ passion for design, and from the desire to turn every dream into a reality, shaping each draft or idea.

Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera is the lead architect and founder of PERSPECTA, a company specialising in the architecture and construction sector located in Las Rozas de Madrid. After several years working on and directing large-scale projects with his architecture studio +V estudio, Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera decided to go one step further and transfer all the experience he has accumulated in his profession to his clients. Looking to work directly with the client, his main objective is to increase the number of services offered in this sector, offering the client a 360º experience.

Inmaculada García Gómez is part of the multidisciplinary team at Proyform Global, a firm specialising in several fields including architecture, engineering and geographic information systems (GIS). Based in Madrid, the group of professionals bring a wealth of experience that’s reflected in each and every one of their projects.

Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón heads idARQhome, a family-run architecture studio located in Villaviciosa de Odón and specialising in single-family homes for private individuals and small developers.

Arquitectura Consciente proposes architecture with a greater degree of mindfulness. Architect Anahí Asenjo and her team create sustainable buildings based on a connection to their surroundings, with respect for the environment and materials and technologies that improve energy efficiency and performance.

Jorge Blanco Brotons is an architect at DDAU Arquitectos, an architecture studio based in Madrid that firmly believes that quality plans are essential to the proper execution of a project. The studio gives careful concern to each aspect of the design to ensure a smooth building process and realistic cost estimations. 

AP Design is formed of a team of professionals in architecture and engineering with broad experience in real estate development at all levels. Specialised in architectural studies and projects as well as restoration work and urban planning, the firm provides a full range of services from economic studies to managing property developments.  

Ricardo Ors Calatayud is a member of Grupo Urban, an international architecture firm based in Castellón, and present in countries including Venezuela and Romania. The firm was designed to create a brand of unique real estate projects that satisfy their clients’ expectations, working in cities throughout Spain including Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and Madrid.
