Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón heads idARQhome, a family-run architecture studio located in Villaviciosa de Odón and specialising in single-family homes for private individuals and small developers.

Inés Palla is the founder of Palla Arquitectura, a young architecture studio with fresh ideas and an experienced team. The studio creates buildings in harmony with their surroundings, thanks to its architects’ specialisation in landscape and interior design.

The Madrid-based architecture practice Perelétegui+Valera Arquitectos is led by architects José Antonio Perelétegui and Ana Valera. Ramón Casanelles Massaguer runs Silas Melo, an established architecture studio located in Sant Antoni de Calonge. This professional offers coordinated project management services, administrative management and final building completion certificates. In addition, his services also include a construction management service with, of course, a turnkey option.
