Juan Alonso Varona is part of A.V. Arquitectura (Alonso Varona Arquitectura S.L.P.), an architecture studio that is based in Bilbao and that was founded in 2007. Demetrio Espallardo Marín is the head of Nautilus Arq., an experienced architecture studio based in Torrevieja, in the province of Alicante. After working with several major studios, and with over 20 years of experience, the architect set up his own practice in 2013.

Juan Ramón Cuerda Retamero is the head of the architectural studio FULMEN ARQUITECTOS located in Seville, Spain. This architect has a professional career that spans 37 years, giving him a great deal of experience in the field.
