Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera is the lead architect and founder of PERSPECTA, a company specialising in the architecture and construction sector located in Las Rozas de Madrid. After several years working on and directing large-scale projects with his architecture studio +V estudio, Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera decided to go one step further and transfer all the experience he has accumulated in his profession to his clients. Looking to work directly with the client, his main objective is to increase the number of services offered in this sector, offering the client a 360º experience.

Juan Alonso Varona is part of A.V. Arquitectura (Alonso Varona Arquitectura S.L.P.), an architecture studio that is based in Bilbao and that was founded in 2007. This group of professionals has extensive experience in architectural projects, specialising in the design of workspaces, comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation of buildings.

David Sánchez Serrano is an architect at estudio en un patio ingles, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. This architecture studio has experience designing projects ranging from residential buildings, offices, health centres and public facilities to custom homes for individuals, renovations and furniture design. 

Inmaculada García Gómez is part of the multidisciplinary team at Proyform Global, a firm specialising in several fields including architecture, engineering and geographic information systems (GIS). Based in Madrid, the group of professionals bring a wealth of experience that’s reflected in each and every one of their projects.

Arturo Baroja is an architect and member of 8ea, an architecture studio based in Bilbao with extensive experience in the field. The team is specialised in projects on a small or large scale in the residential and commercial sectors, hotel industry and projects such as collaborative housing for elderly persons. 

Jaime Guijarro is a member of GO Arquitectura, an architecture studio specialised in new builds, renovations and urban management and development projects. The studio combines experience and innovation, based on four essential pillars: reliability, trust, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.  

Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón heads idARQhome, a family-run architecture studio located in Villaviciosa de Odón and specialising in single-family homes for private individuals and small developers.

Esther Furió Ortiz is an experienced architect and member IBIZARQUITECTURA, an architecture studio located in Ibiza that creates timeless, practical and personalised projects for a diverse clientele.

Pablo Moreno García is the director of Pablo MG Arquitectos, a Valencia-based architecture studio with 18 years of experience in the building sector facing challenges of all kinds. The architect strives to design beautiful homes with effortlessly flowing spaces that are well-lit and ventilated, and in complete harmony with the environment. 

Jaume Cortés and Rafa Cano form the architecture studio Innov·Arq, based in Altea, in the Alicante region. They take on projects throughout Spain, and particularly in Valencia, Murcia and the Balearic Islands.
