Dácil Gutiérrez is the director of DGG Arquitectura, a multidisciplinary studio primarily specialised in the design and management of single-family residential projects. The internationally-experienced architect is additionally specialised in wood construction methods.

Marija Krunic is an architect with over 20 years of experience in urbanism, design and project execution. After many years spent working with renowned firms, with numerous projects completed in Europe and Asia, she founded her architecture studio MKS in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 

José Sánchez Vélez is an architect specialised in urban planning, with over 30 years of professional experience. He is a founding member of the firm DYOV (Design Your Own Villa). 

Ricardo Ors Calatayud is a member of Grupo Urban, an international architecture firm based in Castellón, and present in countries including Venezuela and Romania. The firm was designed to create a brand of unique real estate projects that satisfy their clients’ expectations, working in cities throughout Spain including Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and Madrid. 

María Eugenia Escudero Lafont is an experienced architect at the head of the architecture studio MEEL Arquitectura, based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. 

Based in Marbella, OBRASA primarily specialises in residential projects for custom-built villas, as well as houses and residential developments. The practice offers a full range of services including locating and managing plots, sites and villas to refurbish, as well as construction, redevelopment and design.

Franciso Ramos Dávila is the head of FRD Arquitectura, an Andalusian architecture studio located in Seville, Spain. This team of professionals’ designs projects with the utmost care and respect for the ecosystem and the urban environment in which they are to be built.

The Madrid-based architecture practice Perelétegui+Valera Arquitectos is led by architects José Antonio Perelétegui and Ana Valera. Maintaining a personal, detail-oriented approach, the highly professional team takes care in developing each project with a particular focus on environmental impact and efficiency.

Adrián Pérez Cócera is an architect based in Valencia, defined by his strong work ethic, bold approach and passion for architecture. He provides a wide variety of services, from full-service architecture and interior design projects to complete refurbishments, including project management and certification procedures, creating computer graphics and hyper-realistic interactive visualisations.

SISTEMASTUDIO is a young architecture and design studio based in Madrid, led by Jorge Fernández and Álvaro González. Their work is focused on renovation and new build projects, as well as architecture and feasibility studies geared toward investment.
