Demetrio Espallardo Marín is the head of Nautilus Arq., an experienced architecture studio based in Torrevieja, in the province of Alicante. After working with several major studios, and with over 20 years of experience, the architect set up his own practice in 2013.

This architect has a professional career that spans 37 years, giving him a great deal of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked in all areas of development such as architecture, construction and real estate development. He has become a true expert in the building process.

Sergio García is the head of the studio GARCÍA ARQUITECTURA, located in Madrid. A graduate of the well-respected ETSAM school of architecture, the architect works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of experts.

Javier Morales, educated in Seville and Vienna, and Valentina Lombardo, educated in Venice, are architectural partners that lead Morales Lombardo Arquitectos. Their architectural studio is dedicated to the transformation and modelling of space through the use of light and matter. Paola Abad Bianchi is a freelance architect and the founder of the architecture studio AB Arquitectura. The architect is passionate about renovating historical buildings and houses; for her, architecture consists of breathing life into the infrastructures created as well as giving a fresh opportunity to these older properties that are home to so many memories and stories. 

Albert Prior is the head of PRIOR Arquitectura, an architecture studio based in the town of Nules in the Spanish province of Castellón. The studio has extensive experience in the fields of architecture, technical architecture, restoration, interior architecture and design, accessibility and management of the construction process.
